Guests from the age of 14 are welcome to stay at The Retreat, Koh Chang. However if you are travelling with children, we would like to recommend you to stay at our sister resort The Chill Resort & Spa, Koh Chang, located next door.

Your booking at The Retreat, Koh Chang will be definitively reserved once an advance payment of 50% of the total price has been made and we have provided written confirmation.

In the event of cancellation, we charge the following penalties:

14 days before the arrival: a total of one night’s charge will apply

We charge 100% of the booked stay in the event of delayed arrival, early departure or non-arrival.

The Retreat, Koh Chang is a non-smoking hideaway and we do not offer any areas for smokers indoors. Outside, however, designated smoking areas are at your disposal.

A garage is available free of charge to all guests. We also provide charging stations for electric cars there.

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, cash are accepted. No cheques accepted.

We will be happy to arrange your pick up from Trat airport, or from the ferry upon availability and on extra charge. Our two transfer cars offer superb comfort.

Otherwise, there are public airport shuttle services from Trat Airport to The Retreat, Koh Chang available as well, which we can help arrange for you.

Purchasing a travel cancellation insurance means that you are insured in the event of delayed arrival, premature departure or non-arrival due to unforeseen circumstances, allowing you to have your cancellation fees refunded. We therefore recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
